Terms of Use

VisitLab provides two service plans: the Premium Plan and Enterprise Appliance. Collectively, they are referred to as "Service" in this document.

These Terms of Use may be modified from time to time and you agree to be bound by them.

You will promptly notify VisitLab of any change in the information you provided during signing up for the service (including any change in your mailing address, telephone). The registration information provided by you on your sign-up form during registration for service, together with any and all updates provided by you from time to time under this paragraph, is referred here as "Sign Up Information."

Your personal information and service data is protected by username and password. You should keep your password and user name confidential. You are responsible for any consequences arising out of your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your account user name and password.

Your use of this service is subject to all applicable local, state, national and international laws and regulations.

You may only use the Service to monitor domains that you own or have lawful authority to analyze, e.g. you are a contractor or consultant to the website owner. Each domain can have only one email address attached to it as the primary account holder, but they can use the Access List feature to grant authorized access to other parties.

You may not:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purposes or in support of illegal activities. VisitLab reserves the right to cooperate with legal authorities in the investigation of any suspected crime or civil wrongdoing.
  • Use the service to collect, or attempt to collect, personal information about third parties without their knowledge or consent.
  • Not use the Service to annoy, harass or otherwise aggravate owners of third-party websites, e.g. to use the Remote Monitor service to check a third-party site.
  • Not access or attempt to access any Service account for which you have no access authorization or duplicate, modify, distribute or display any of the data or files from any such account.

You must:

  • Comply with United States and other applicable laws regarding the exportation and re-exportation of any data or other materials from the United States or other jurisdictions through the Service.
  • Comply with all regulations, policies and procedures of networks through which you access and use the Service.

Enterprise Appliance Customers: You may not reverse-engineer any code that is supplied for you to run the Service on your servers.

If you violate the Terms of Use, we reserve the right to terminate your service without notice.
